A film that only really shows that the Seattle music scene should've moved on by 96. It probably means more if you know Seattle but other than Soundgarden, Tad, Mudhoney, Alice in Chains (+ Pearl Jam & Nirvana I suppose) there is an avalanche of mediocrity. It's hardly earth shattering that the 'scene' was over hyped and things changed but I can't help but feel that there is a lot of sour grapes in a documentary that could've done more around the social effects of the time in Seattle.
