I Remember watching this movie on YouTube It's basically the Direct-to-video sequel to the first Casper movie (1995.) about Casper skips his ghost training and ends up in Deeds-town and also meets the Young boy named Chris. I Liked this movie even though not as great compared to the First Casper movie 1995. but I liked that Chris Carson kid and those Bullies Brock and his friends got what they deserve too. and Chris' Dad was also being a Horrible father! I give James Earl Jones credit for doing him awesome voice acting for Ghost king Kibosh. the Ghostly trio were funny as always.
