I never write reviews, and was surprised when I read so many of the negative reviews of this production. I was not only entertained by the transformations, but I was educated on local cultures, foods, wines, traditions, history, etc., of each of the locales. I thought the 3 consultants were positive and respectful. It was also refreshing to learn a little about motivations behind each of the business owners. So for me, it's a 10!
