Foster is an artist of sorts who sees a mob killing and has to go in the run, pursued by top assassin Hopper. As he researches her background to help find her, his interest in her grows.

This certainly has elements of good humour and the cast is impressive, particularly Turturro and Pesci in his usual forever swearing gangster role. It is though a messy production with the premise around the relationship between Foster and Hopper hard to buy into and made more difficult by some almost amateurish set pieces. The Coen Brothers would have done a far better job with this.

Interesting that Foster's character falls for a young lamb - her next film being Silence of the Lambs.
