The movie is about a kid who finds a weapon that seems to be out of this world. And then his lousy, bum of a brother gets into trouble which forces the kid to use the weapon which then leads to a chain of events.
The storyline is slow. The cinematography is uninspired. The silver lining is that there are some cool scenes and shots. Other than that, a rather dull experience of a movie. In summary: a slow sci-fi drama that's not worth your time.
