Ahhhh Duplass brothers....man his hurts. Season one had me riveted by a story that painted complex and funny characters onto the canvas of an unpredictable and touching narrative. But I would call season 2 a traitorous redirection of storyline. You let the hints of the best twists and turns just fade away, and made it a show about....kids? Wanting kids, a charter school for kids, staying together for kids? From s2 e4 on it's just baffling.
