Jack and Jill (I) (2011)
10/10
A misunderstood film
30 July 2019
This is probably one of the great films ever made and one of the most misunderstood. A lot of people hate this film, but it's simply a masterpiece. I have seen this film at least 25 times. The story is genius levels of mastery, totally original, and never been done before. It's hilarious, relatable, and sad. No other film in the history of films, has been done so well as this one. Al Pacino's best performance on film, same with Adam Sandler. The acting will be studied for years to come. The cinematography is of course beautiful, like any another Sandler flick. The brother and sister relationship between Jack and Jill are as good as it gets. I can't find the actress who played Jill, sorry about that. Dialogue is hilarious, Its really clever and original. The dunkaccino scene almost made me die from laughter, WHO EVER CAME UP WITH THAT IS A GENIUS. Too bad the film never won any Oscars, it just shows the Academy can never recognize true art, even if it hits them in the face. So....that's that. ITS A MUST WATCH.
