This will be a short review. If you want to see the final boss of college films then watch Postscript. It has the stilted, poorly framed shots you see every time you watch a "funny" skit on YouTube; which is the hallmark of a hack, complete with laughable special effects.
I don't have any patience for a film shot on a small budget that does not, at all, have the ability to be self aware. This is too cheaply made and too awkwardly directed and acted to be anything other than sub-Troma quality and yet they go all in on trying to be atmospheric and creepy which just comes across as laughable.
Case in point: the moment you see the special effects which resemble something from a PS2 game which would have been heckled roundly even if that game was newly released. In other words, I almost soiled myself from laughing when I saw the "monsters" in this hilariously pretentious nonsense.
Here is a piece of advice: do not aim when you are not good enough to be aiming high. These people did not know how to make a movie but did it anyway. I mean, good for them?
