"We care enough to send the very best."

Warning: Spoilers
Oy vey, this movie started out a '6' and went downhill from there. And with an A-list cast that eventually went on to bigger and better things. Actually, the three principals were all in bigger and better things by the time this came out, so one can only wonder. The humor in this film was mostly of a slapstick variety, and even then, not done very well. I'm not really applying a modern day point of view here, but I don't think this is the kind of picture that would be welcomed widely today, what with political correctness all over the place and the misogynistic approach to Raquel Welch's character. She was the 'Jugs' of the picture if you couldn't guess, but quite honestly, she always appeared conservatively attired and didn't appear to be used voyeuristically. Bill Cosby haters might consider this where he got his start as a serial abuser of women, as the dialog the script writers gave him doesn't help. All in hindsight of course, but when it occurs it's glaring. Released in 1976, the picture does have a dated quality which it can't help, but that's the case with a lot of Seventies flicks. If you're a fan of any of the principals here, I'd recommend almost anything else.
