But apparently the pretentious has-been celebutards decided to piggyback off the success of a show created by a man George Schlatter to give the most cringe-worthy poorly delivered on cue jokes anyone has ever witnessed. I guess the desperate will do anything to stay relevant.
The only thing on here that was worth mentioning were the constant flashback scenes of skits, including one by Goldie Hawn as well as some by many ACTUALLY talented comedians. Yes, the show pays respects to these icons of comedy, and George Schlatter who at one point had tears in his eyes watching the icons get accolades for their success in being hilarious!! However, that being said, those little in between moments instead of creating witty jokes or actually funny moments, the time in between flashbacks were used to sneak in cheap super awkward jokes about Trump and the political climate, #metoo, sexism, pay gaps, white supremacy and many more real life issues that are presented in excess throughout this horribly written crappy tribute.
