The Flash: Gone Rogue (2019)
Season 5, Episode 20
Just when we thought The Flash was becoming good again...

Warning: Spoilers
This might be the weakest episode of the whole series, even worse than Girls Night Out. The only reason I'm giving this episode a 4 / 10 is because of Sherloque and Cisco. This season, Cisco hasn't been as fun as he used to be, and he's been kind of annoying, especially when he created the metahuman cure, but in this episode he was just funny and likeable, and that was good to see.

To be honest I think I'm being to generous rating this 4 / 10, but it's only because of how much I love Sherloque and everything Tom Cavanaugh does on this show, and because how much I love Cisco. I truly hope no one gives this episode a high rating, because this seriously was a terrible episode.

First of all, last episode ended with Nora entering the Negative Speed Force and she got red lightning, and I think we all were expecting a evil Nora this episode, which would have been exciting, but no, what we got was a girl who's so overdramatic and is angry at her father. She then joines the Rogues, and all the villains were so bad. Rag Doll was the only one who was actually decent, the rest was just unthreatening boring and unnecessary villains. Nora had no reason to join them, and apparently she joined them because she had to get a gun that's able to destroy Cicada's dagger, and she didn't ask Barry for help because she didn't trust him. Are you kidding me? She's the one working with Thawne behind his back AGAIN, and when Barry tells her he wants her to come home, she don't even care and runs off. And Nora was angry (not evil) for 30 minutes, and then suddenly she's okay with everything? What was the point of the episode then?

The last couple of episodes gave me hope for the rest of the season, and now Iris suddenly starts trusting Thawne and Barry is OK WITH IT?! So dissapointing. This whole episode was unnecessary. We could've had an evil Nora, instead we got a girl who acted like an angsty teen, the villains were so bad and added nothing to the story, and this was again another episode that brought nothing to the Cicada storyline, except at the end of the episode. Cicada has been dragged out so much this season, and there is only two episodes left.

Overall, this was an incredibly boring episode that wasted so much potential, and it didn't make me a tiny bit excited for the last two episodes. It saddens me to say this, but I've lost hope for this season.
