Must see for All Americans. Excellent documentary not only about the historical aspects of pizza in the US but also the growth of America, community, family, product quality and consistency, ambiance, tradition and immigrant foundation of our country, marked by love, connection and community, even through toughest of times and prejudice. I rate it 9/10 only because it should be shown with samples from each of the 3 a'pizzerias! (No - everybody just needs to make the sojourn to New Haven and maybe compare with it being final stop after a New York and Boston loop!)
