An appeal in this scenario is director's own signature. In some scenes, we encounter many mystic points. Such as Muharrem's inexplicably growling. I think these mystic elements are needless. Because, all these elements does not make any sense that artful. In addition these are not suitable for essence of original story which adapted from Dostoyevsky.
