Movie was created to defame Congress before 2019 general elections, but movie was unable to portray closely on the corruption that took place during UPA-2, the Sharpe edges of the movie was made blunt due to interference of congress out of which it has lost its sharpness.
It just gave an overview on the subject, it will cause no difference to the viewer who have a fair idea about the politics
