In "The Wait Out", George's comment to a married couple with a rocky relationship causes them to separate. As Elaine and Jerry try to swoop in on the new singles, George tries to undo what he caused. Here, it almost feels evil how systematically Jerry and Elaine attempt to keep these two apart. The whole tone of their scheme feels a bit darker than usual. It didn't feel like your ordinary episode. For this reason, I have notched down my rating, although there are still some great parts.
