A young boy, while working on a project for school, learns about his grandfather's early life in germany during the holocaust. apparently history is no longer taught in california high schools. this is a very sentimental film. I wasn't expecting schindler's list, but I was hoping for a more serious attempt. it is always good to see hal Holbrook. keep on truckin', hal!
