It's a Filipino adaptation of the Norse mythology but the story begins after Ragnarok, after the death of Thor. The creative team made a thorough research. We can see how the characters of the Norse mythology/gods/goddesses interact with humans when they go to Midgard from Asgard. And why the Mjolnir / hammer of Thor chose a human to be its new 'caretaker'. The CGI and SFX may not be of Hollywood standard, they're still very good. Even the costumes of the gods/goddesses are very detailed.The story is very Filipino, with all the surprising twists and turns and the acting is really good, too. Those who haven't read a thing about Norse mythology can learn a lot from watching Victor Magtanggol.
