All of the other comments are spot on concerning this late 80's adventure series shot at the breathtakingly beautiful Big Bear in California. Despite better than average ratings; the show ultimately proved too expensive to produce at its outdoor majestic locations and was cancelled by the network after a single season. Mr. Macho looked and worked well in this one with his kids and this is an unknown and overlooked gem to millenials in the annals of television history.
