I was captured by this documentary and watched all three episodes together. It contained perspectives ranging from the president/mayor, to firefighters, to ordinary citizens. What really stayed with me was the amateur video of the gunfire (filmed through a steel fence, maybe 50 meters away), it was rapid and brutal and grotesque. And the story of the woman who thought she would not be able to climb up the toilet to the ceiling, she was worried about holding everyone else up from escaping. And the phones ringing in the pockets of the deceased, where the caller ID displays said "Mom" or "Dad," how heartbreaking... Bravo to the emergency personnel for their heroism.
