Warning: Spoilers
A woman lies to her husband about fidelity and nearly dies because she does? This might not sound like much but this episode presents it very well. Wait, there's more.

The sub-plot in the clinic has an 82 year old woman and her son seeing House and her complaint is one that many FOX viewers, and then CBS viewers can sympathasize with. Get this one, the 82 year old has the hots for Aston Kucher. As House says after he finds this out - "We have to admit her, she obviously has a personality dis-order." Anyone who watched 2 and one half men after Charlie Sheen left would agree with that one. In fact it turns out her brain is being eaten away by bugs which is kind of the feeling I got when watching Aston tried to replace Sheen. This episode sort of retold this story in a much different way.

I will not reveal the disease of the woman who lies to her husband, but the 82 year old has syphillis, which really explains her behavior. As for Ashton, he needs to go to the cooking channel, where he can be Chopped.
