Long considered one of the better "Mighty Angelo" cartoons . . .

Warning: Spoilers
. . . TO ITCH HIS OWN stands the test of crime. For beginners, Angelo--a dead ringer for a self-proclaimed "Commander-in-Chief"--vandalizes the employee housing in which he lives while weaseling out on his labor agreement. Next, he commits the felony of home invasion (in a pretty upscale neighborhood, to boot). Then he tries to leech the life-blood from one of this domicile's residents. Not content with this outrageous attack, Angelo moves on to "Butcher"--aka, Victim #2--with a more grievous agenda in mind. After initially kidnapping this hapless gray bulldog, Angelo forcibly keel-hauls the former cock-of-the-walk through a fence knothole, prior to bludgeoning him in the head countless times with a sledgehammer. After destroying Butcher's dog house in this process, Angelo adds in salt to injury by framing the beleaguered canine for assault upon a law enforcement officer. TO ITCH HIS OWN concludes with Butcher En Route to the killing chamber for euthanasia. Regarding the obvious parallels to Today's Real Life realities on the ground, "one can only wish."
