I hate to say it, but The X-Files, once the greatest show on TV, should have remained in the past. I find it astonishing that the creators' of such intelligent and innovative stories actually thought any of the revival seasons shows were any good. Anything to do with the mythology is a jumble of bad dialogue and close, trusted characters speaking to each other I riddles. It's lazy drama, if you can even call it drama.
In this series finale, the hour is spent mostly of car rides and incoherent cell phone conversations repeated over and over again Almost nothing happens in the show!!
Just awful. What a tragic fall this show has taken. I hope there are no more revivals. I hope there are no reboots.
