My goodness! What intensity! Once Dustin allowed that little slug to take over, a price has been paid. It appears that this is only one of the many creatures that have taken over underground in this little town. Will is the carrier of the virus and he is at the center of everything. His family cares about him, but he is incredibly dangerous. He speaks for the prolific life form that seems intent on a taking over. In another plot development, El has moved in with her aunt. That leaves Hopper out of her life. His volatility has caused this, but that's just the way he is. Nancy and Jonathan finally connect in a way other than two people facing evil. Information has been fed to big newspapers to set the groundwork for some serious investigation. The boys, along with Mad Max, take on the little monster, and they are about to become lunch when something directs them to a meeting place. Will has the way. He is at the beck and call of this life force and it brings about death.
