Finding some form
6 September 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Although it lacked some consistency at times, 'Back to You' was a good show, and this episode marks a return to form.

The episodes that have tended to work best in my opinion are those where one story brings together all/most of the main cast together, so that we can see all their differing reactions, and the idea of them being all at a funeral for a colleague is full of potential.

There are some great moments here, with Ayda Field and Josh Gad in particular standing out. It's easy to see why Gad went on to bigger and better things, because he has such natural comedic ability.

The Chuck/Gracie story line is also good, and it's still a mystery to me why they let Laura Marano go, because she was great.

A much better episode
