Unfortunately 'Back to You' thus far hasn't been overly consistent, with the odd dud episode creeping in.
This is one of those episodes. Although the writers were smart to explore the characters relationships outside of work, and getting them out of the workplace, none of the stories were that great.
I thought the Marsh/Gary story was something we'd seen in sitcoms time and time again.
The Montana/Kelly story fares a little better, with Ayda Field being allowed to flesh out the character of Montana a little.
The constant one-upmanship between Kelly and Chuck again comes into play, and this gets a bit wearying over time. I did think the Chuck/Ryan story had its moments though.
