Read the title of the 3-minute documentary "13 Going on 30: Bloopers" and you know exactly what this is, namely a collection of bloopers, i.e. stuff that went wrong in a funny way during shooting, from the American 2004 comedy film "13 Going on 30". No need to go on here about the film as this page here is really just for the bloopers. I guess if you watched and enjoyed the movie, then you can give this one here a go too, but to me personally it wasn't a good watch that makes me curious about the full feature movie. The main reason may be that I never saw a great deal of talent in Jennifer Garner, at least from the stuff I have seen her in. This is a bit of a pity as I do think she is pretty likable and makes a nice impression. But yeah back to this one here: I believe it was the right decision to keep this one really that short as wasn't very funny or insightful. Gonna give these 200 seconds a thumbs-down. Not recommended.
