****Spoilers**** Spoilers****

Now...

As I said last night before it aired - because I watched it two days ago...D&D can't do decent battle scenes and desperately need a good military adviser/consultant.

I would love to meet and imp-slap the moron who came up with the idea of using the dragon to conduct dragon-fire ''strafing runs" on the wagons during the battle...for starters destroying the wagons is not only the lowest of priorities during a battle - it is actually the exact opposite of what you would want to do. Particularly since we just had a scene in which Dany mentioned that her Unsullied lack food/supplies for marching across Westeros.

***Writers/Production Staff meeting*** "Hey guys, let's spend time during the very height of the battle destroying wagons full of food and other military necessities...it will look really good on screen! We have to make sure she doesn't destroy the one odd looking wagon though with the anti-dragon, rapid-loading scorpion ***actually it is a ballista*** though."

And of the two things being transported from The Reach...FOOD and GOLD??

"Hmmm, we're using wagons to transport GOLD and FOOD from The Reach...let's make sure that the GOLD actually arrives in King's Landing and that we destroy the wagons carrying food and other military necessities despite the fact that we can use all of the stuff. It's so important to 'kill the wagons' full of goodies during the battle...well EXCEPT that one that is carrying a weapon to kill dragons!"

***SUGGESTION: Perhaps, strafe the Lannister|Tarly battle line instead...and make life even easier for your Dothraki???****

Seriously, who is the c#nt who wrote and planned this one out???

Especially idiotic right after having the scene in which she mentioned the Unsullied lacked supplies for a march across Westeros!

***And it is quite convenient that Highgarden possesses enough physical gold/wealth in one place to pay off the entire debt owed to the Bank of Bravos...handy that just one place in your Seven Kingdoms has enough money to repay your vast debt to a foreign bank 😉 lazy writing! Apparently, the Seven Kingdoms needs a new tax system...since it is bankrupt but its vassals enormously wealthy. Perhaps Highgarden should have deposited its vast wealth in Switzerland - I mean Bravos***

Arya saved the episode...she wouldn't have fared well using a heavy sword...but all of her scenes were winners. 9 out of 10 for Arya.

Battle gets a 5...and almost all of that because of the cinematography...the writing and nonsense they did - wrecked it though. But at least it wasn't as bad as BOB...which D&D totally screwed up...most people aren't aware of them messing that up. Can't blame the Director for it...he had to work for 2 guys who don't know what they're doing.
