A For Adorable
29 July 2017
Warning: Spoilers
This is one of four of a series of Winnie the Pooh learning videos that include letters, words, numbers, and shapes (surprised to find that there isn't one about colours). This entry is similar to The Book Of Pooh in that it focuses primarily on letters, words, and rhyming. It's the first day of autumn and Christopher Robin has written a book of rhymes about all his friends. But when Pooh borrows the book to show Piglet, all the pages are accidentally scattered and Pooh must remember how to rhyme in order to save the day. My thoughts: A for Adorable. Despite the academic angle, it still does a good job of maintaining the innocence and joy that this series is known for. I highly recommend this adventure in literacy for both kids and longtime fans alike.
