XX is a horror anthology of four standalone shorts, each helmed by a female director, and each starring a female lead. Limited by fixed budget & runtime yet free creative reign provided over the content, the film still fails to deliver as a whole and is a collection of four initially promising but eventually disappointing tales, all stitched together by a useless stop-motion-animated segment.
