Of course I grew up watching this show. I've seen almost every episode except some college years when I did not have a television. An old friend always said "Jesica did it! She is always at each murder!" I have been rewatching the series on Hallmark Mystery channel. So now that I'm seeing the show as an older adult, I'm noticing 1. Throughout the series, many actors guest star as different characters. Doubt I would have ever noticed when I was younger. 2. The last few years she seems to have one episode each season set in Ireland. In season 9 episode 4 I can distinctly hear her native accent come through. She said Fletcha instead of Fletcher--just one example. It is interesting to hear her trying to suppress her accent. Makes me want to watch Bednobs and Broomsticks. Now I'm going to have to see if I can find the other episodes where she goes to Ireland and pay attention to her voice. But this episode her native tongue is definitely coming through.
