Warning: Spoilers
****SPOILERS**** Perry Mason, Raymond Burr, going out with his secretary Della Street,Barbara Hale, for a quite dinner at the D'Saul's restaurant is approached by George Andrews, John Andreson, of the Andrews Construction co, for help in a car accident he was involved in just about an hour ago. It's when Perry as well as Della shows up at the accident scene the woman who supposedly who was struck disappeared and was replaced by someone else who didn't have a single mark on her! On top of all that the person that Andrews was talking to prier to this strange accident Wliferd Borden, George Neise, was found shot to death in his office with him being the last person to see him alive now has Andrews, the guy involved in this bizarre car accident, being the #1 suspect not only in Borden's murder but in what is turning out to be a hit & run, by leaving the scene to get help, accident!

What you would, if you saw enough of them, expect in a Perry Mason episode in that Perry is as a cool as a cucumber in him just going through the motions in solving the case and getting his client-John Andrews-off. The case all boiled down to the women who was struck by Andrews who really was the person who was involved in kidnapping the driver who lost control of the car! That had Borden's killer who was being blackmailed him use all this confusion as cover in getting away with his crime that just had one hitch in it! The photos that Borden, who's am armature fashion photographer, took of the kidnapper didn't show the black & blue marks on her leg that she claims she got at the scene of her accident!

****SPOILERS***Perry Mason just goes through the motions here being both detective as well as lawyer for his client John Andrews in getting him off the hook in a murder case. As for the murder victim in all this Wilfred Borden he posthumously got justice done for him by photographing model Dawn Manning, Dolores Donlon, that in the end helped convict his killer Frank Fettridge, Dean Harens. Who used the excuse that he out cold drunk to sneak out of a party and do the guy in for attempting to ruin him financially!
