I mostly found myself getting frustrated with Robin in this episode. Not because of her affair with Gael, but mostly because the writers decided to portray Robin as utterly feeble against the chaos that was ensuing at her apartment. Ultimately, this sin was somewhat redeemed when Robin threatened the strangers at her apartment with a gun! That was pretty badass!
I also enjoyed Marshall crying whilst writing his death letter to Lily. Jason Segel's portrayal is downright gold. The story with Barney and returning wingman, Ted, was okay.
Perhaps a tad better than the previous episode, it really is hard to say. Hoping this season quickly finds its tracking.
