Review of Air

Air (I) (2015)
3/10
Messy, Pointless and Boring
29 August 2015
Warning: Spoilers
After a chemical war, the technicians Bauer (Norman Reedus) and Cartwright (Djimon Hounsou) are responsible for keeping working chambers with prominent persons in suspended animation that have been selected to build a post-apocalypse society in an underground facility. Cartwright has moments of insanity talking to his mate Abby (Sandrine Holt) while performing the maintenance procedure. When his chamber is accidentally damaged, he decides to use the breathing apparatus to seek spare parts in a nearby facility, but he discloses a terrible secret. Meanwhile Bauer rewind the footages inside the facility and discovers that Cartwright is planning to kill him.

"Air" is a deceptive low budget movie with a messy, pointless and boring story. The dialogs are dull and there are basically two characters. After the end of the film, it is difficult to write a summary of the confused story. The cult-actor Norman Reedus from "The Walking Dead" and his agent should select better screenplays. My vote is three.
