I really like this episode. It's interesting and very entertaining.
In this episode, the news of Derek and Meredith's couple trouble and unsteady relationship sends the adoption counsellor to rethink Zola's placement. So Meredith does the first thing she can think of. She takes Zola and doesn't tell anyone where she's going. She can't risk losing her. Meanwhile, Alex realizes that he's now become the outcast of the little group after ratting out Meredith. And Christina makes a very tough decision about yet another unwanted pregnancy. And Chief Webber brings Henry in for a last minute surgery, which is very worrisome to Teddy.
Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Awesome.
