This was a haunting and dark depiction of domestic violence, marriage, and the difficult choices women have to make. Beautifully crafted echoing a Gillian Flynn type of style. The entire time you could see the characters hurtling towards the inevitable confrontation. This film really keeps you on edge. Part of the time you just want to shake the wife out of her stupor and point out the obvious. It's easy to forget what the real horror stories are made of with zombies and vampires dominating viewing these days. This is a depiction of what might be lurking quietly next door. This film will certainly raise awareness to the subject.
