Review of Heropanti

Heropanti (2014)
1/10
Another movie with full of clichés
14 September 2014
By seeing the rating of the movie I am convinced that the majority of votes are coming from people who have never watched movies that are not covering stupidity with calling itself a Masala genre.

First I will discuss the main character. During the whole runtime by brain kept me busy in thinking that how can a guy have such feminine face with such masculine body. The combination is for sure creepy, but the smile of his; which seems to be a fail attempt of looking upbeat have added even more creepiness in the character named 'Bablu'.

Bablu apparently is a professional gymnast who just like every Indian hero, can beat entire armies singlehandedly. It must be hard for the screenwriters to add the back story of main character about how they gained such super strength, along with dance songs, dialogues that are not related to plot, romantic scenes where both characters even don't touch, and some cocky lines which always are sexist.

I bet that if I will ever ask anyone to remind me the name of this movie by only telling the plot then the person will reply: "Dude, there are thousands of movies that have this story, at least tell me the name of hero." P.S I watched this movie at 1.8X speed with constantly pressing Alt + Right Key on VLC player, still I think that it took me a whole night to finish this movie. If anyone wants to experience the slowing down of time then this type of movie is definitely recommended.
