Heropanti (2014)
3/10
Typical Hero Panti
28 May 2014
Warning: Spoilers
Tiger Shroff son of Jackie Shroff finally got launched in Bollywood, When Jackie was launched in 1983 with HERO he was a lanky looking non actor however Tiger looks well built and has experience in martial arts which also adds him to the list of Vidyut Jamwal, Arunoday Singh who do stunts without cables. But the film is nothing but just an exercise to showcase him in all angles, a typical debut launch vehicle The film is a remake of Telugu film Paragu starring Allu Arjun which was dubbed in Hindi as Veerta The Power. The film has nothing innovative, except the stunts, which must say are overdone and in almost each of them Tiger keeps doing flips, which are good to see but overdone. The film has several cheesy melodramatic scenes like Prakash Raj's scene where he speaks to Tiger towards the end.

Direction by Sabbir Khan who made the dud Kambhakt Ishq is nothing great Music is decent

Tiger Shroff excels in stunts but as an actor he is very raw, he needs to work on his expressions and dialogue delivery which need a lot of work, he appears too wooden Kriti Sanon is also nothing great, she is just below average for her debut Prakash Raj has played the same role in original and in almost all Hindi films nowdays, he however does a great job especially in emotional scenes as always Rest are all okay
