I was a young, innocent, unbelievably naive and hopelessly romantic girl when I first watched this movie. I only saw it once late at night (no VCR's back then!) and never had the chance to see it again until very much later in life (now in my forties, married and with kids - and STILL hopelessly romantic!).
Ahhhh, young innocent love. Pure and simple. Rex Smith empowered this movie with his animalistic sexy good looks and that unbelievably dreamy, smooth as silk, melt in your mouth voice of his - (Lord help us all!)

Fast-forward 30 years later and his "essence" continues to overpower the female senses.
