I stumbled on this show a while back. I wish I had seen it from its beginning. Craig Ferguson does an excellent job as the host, the gay dead robot character has great presence and when it and Craig do their give and take repertoires that I think are spontaneous and not scripted it is usually very funny. The monologue is decent with adequate writing, the tweets and email bit is good. Depending on who the guests are this can be the best part of the show. William Shatner is my favorite guest that I have seen on the show. Shatner and Ferguson go back and forth so well and it is almost always funny and risqué at times.
