Phineas and Ferb: Wizard of Odd (2010)

The joy is in the journey

Warning: Spoilers
This episode was an excellent parody of the "Wizard of Oz" (Both the book(s) and the movie) Like in "Phineas and Ferb Get Busted", this episode is mostly focused in Candace and the way in which she feels about her need to bust her brothers, where all the references done to the classic story written by Frank L. Baum serve as a setting to appreciate her character development. Also, Doofenshmirtz was completely hilarious in the role of the Wicked Witch... I mean, Warlock, making this one of the funniest episodes from the series. The message of that "The joy is in the journey" was very nice too, and in many ways, it could be applied to the whole series, where a same formula is used in different ways in most of the episodes. It is how this formula is used what makes this show something enjoyable and fresh, despite the apparent "monotony" of following pattern for most of the series.

And the result is something effective and well done.
