Review of Deadheads

Deadheads (2011)
1/10
Juvenile, but not in a good way

Stupid beyond belief. I didn't laugh at all, even though this is supposedly a comedy. Perhaps it's because I was educated beyond the 4th grade and have outgrown what were the equivalent of fart jokes. I'm not saying fart jokes can't be funny, but when you get the same fart joke told a dozen times, you don't laugh. Incoherent and inconsistent storyline, a sidekick that you hoped would get run over, or at least have his annoying, screeching tongue cut out, another zombie "sidekick" who served no purpose whatsoever, unless it was to remind us of the zombie friend from Shaun of the Dead, a human helping them who was mysteriously ignored by the full-blown zombie despite multiple scenes earlier in the film where zombies chased down the humans and ate them, guys in bio-hazard suits that were clearly too stupid to be given any lines beyond "Shut the f*** up", and every human they encountered ignoring the fact that 3 of them had gray skin and blood all over themselves. And finally a tender moment at the end that was utterly ridiculous, but thankfully signaled the end of the movie.
