I've rated this a 4 because I managed to get through to the end. With a title like this I certainly wasn't expecting much, but for what it lacked in most things it made up in silliness.
My hubs and I were amazed at how pants the visuals were as the piranhas grew. When I saw them hanging out of buildings that nearly broke me LOL. The scenes at the waterside when the fish were literally eating people was just so bad I couldn't help but laugh. I also didn't realize Tiffany was in the film until half way through when it suddenly dawned on me why I recognized her.
If you fancy watching something which is totally pants but you have to watch it all, this is probably the film for you. Awful yet strangely enjoyable.
