I am member of a German fraternity. I think the creators did by far a good job. "Satisfaktion" is the first movie, that gives the viewer a authentic picture of how German students live in a fraternity. Every detail was copied correct, sure, sometimes too exaggerated, but in correlation to other productions mentioned by other posters this one is as I said by far the best.
I can answer a few questions stated by other posters:
Most fraternities: Landsmannschaften, Turnerschaften, Sängerschaften and Corps allow foreigners to be part of the club. Duels with pistols were performed till the 1980s. I heard about frat-students from Austria that still do these... only legends? The networking does work - but only for those, who have potential to do good work. Nobody gets a job, who does not deserve it.
