FYI, the entire 1st (and only) season of PROFIT is being aired on the Chiller Channel (brother to Sleuth & Sci-Fi). I never got to see the original airing on Fox due to work scheduling, but was always intrigued by the premise. It is eerily timely, given the current news about Madoff and other narcissistic sociopaths infesting Wall Street. Watching this series, I'm reminded of American PSYCHO. And it certainly gives Pasdar's character on HEROES a darker resonance than before. "Look! it's Profit! He's the President now! And he can FLY!" His stepmother/lover/whatever the hell she is, Bobbie, is even more disturbing, though, proving that the female of the psychopathic species is every bit as deadly (or deadlier) than the male.
