Jellybaby (2005)
8/10
A must-see for all prospective young parents!

This is a rather sick comedy short. It's told from the standpoint of a young father who is going insane because his baby does nothing but cry....CONSTANTLY. You really feel sorry for the guy and after almost a year of this, he's willing to something very desperate to stop the non-stop screaming. Dads probably will sympathize with him--mothers will probably be horrified by his solution--making this a film of semi-questionable taste but also making it very funny! The film has very good production values--good direction, acting, etc. and the people who made it created a film that is both professional looking and entertaining.

JELLYBABY is an odd title and what this film has to do with the title is beyond me. I know that Jellybabies are a British candy (and a yechy one at that), but why call the film this?! If anyone knows why, drop me a line--I'd appreciate it.
