This was an amazing film, that I don't mind watching again and again even though I know the story already! I've watched the film few times but I always end up in tears in the last 10 min of the film. Before it hits the last 10 minutes, you will see how much Takumi loved Mio, and what he went through to capture her heart eventually. And by the end of the "6 week miracle", she assures him that she had a truly happy life and Takumi and Yuji should not blame themselves for her death. Up till this point, you would think this is an ordinary touching love story. But the last 10 minutes of twist revealing Mio's hidden Diary makes the great difference. It reruns the past story in Mio's eye, instead of Takumi's. There, you will learn all the new discoveries you never knew before. And what lead Mio to come back after 1 year of her death.. it solves all the mysteries in the end. This movie really moved my heart and I hope to see more films with ingenious ideas like this.
