While the season two premier doesn't touch the season one finale, I did think that it was extremely well-written and very promising. Everything feels different at first with Michael returning and Brian so carefree, but the trial of Chris and Justin's recovery make sure you don't forget about last season's explosive final episodes. The flashbacks are heartbreaking, and the fact that Justin doesn't remember the dance with Brian just makes it all the worse. I love Justin and I love Brian, and this episode introduces many hardships that they could be faced with. Very promising season premier that makes me extremely excited for what else the season has in store.
