This is one hell of a movie. You cannot just stop laughing. Even if you are the hard calculating type. You might not like it but you can't stop laughing.

Bhaskar Divakar Chaudhari (GOvinda) is the typical loser. Its how they partner to win the hearts of their respective love interests that is the core of the movie.
The pluses are - 1. Clever and witty dialogs. 2. Govinda - fantastic performance 3. Salman Khan - Great screen presence though inane acting. 4. Katrina Kaif - Sizzling beauty...simply mesmerizing 5.
