One Six Right unleashed my sense of wonder to the joys of general aviation. I was so inspired by the film that I have since obtained my private pilot license, purchased a 1940 Piper Cub and spent several days at AirVenture in a true sense of awe that all of aviation has to offer. From the film's introduction until the moving finale, I was captivated by the brilliant photography, truly moving musical score and raw emotion that aviation has brought to so many lives. The historical perspective the film provides on general aviation is unparalleled in cinema while the in-flight photography exudes a genuineness that is often lacking in modern film. I don't know how you could watch this movie and not want to immediately experience the awesomeness of flight. One Six Right has truly changed my life for the better! It is one of the greatest love stories ever told.
