The Slaughter (2006)
10/10
The best comedy take on horror since Shaun of the Dead!
17 July 2006
Warning: Spoilers
When I first held this in my hands, I figured it would be yet another run of the mill, cheaply made zombie horrors, where the biggest sign of horror was in the acting.

I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it does seem to be like any other indie horror when you start to watch, but the pure genius takes place when the zombies appear.

Every question you ever asked yourself when watching somebody 'run' from zombies is answered and it is done in a magically comedic way.

The ending is also good and not expected, but I won't tell you what it is, you have to watch it to find out.

Get this DVD and watch it, it is OK on your own, but best watched with friends (or enemies if they don't like horror).
